Service Description

Individual Counseling services are tailored to meet the needs of the individual seeking Therapy. You will work with your therapist to identify your personal goals, identify what is preventing you from meeting those goals, and identify skills to navigate these barriers. Clients seeking individual counseling can struggle with a variety of issues, including Anxiety and Stress Depression Self-Confidence and Self-Esteem struggles Co-Dependency, People Pleasing, and struggles to set and maintain personal boundaries Grief and Loss Career goals Finding Purpose and Passion Emotional Regulation and Management Domestic Violence Processing Traumatic Experiences Difficulty maintaining personal relationships **Please note services provided by this clinician are unsuitable for children under 9 years of age.**
